  • to have carefully read the rules of the cableway system displayed in the arrival station and on the site www.lagomaggiorezipline.it
  • that he and/or the accompanied minor(s) will only access the flight path afterwards:
    • having viewed the route remotely and being aware of its characteristics;
    • having listened carefully and put into practice the instructions given by the staff during the technical and practical briefing to be held at the departure station;
    • having understood the obligation not to modify the structure of the harness and the remaining equipment and to keep them as they were worn by the personnel in charge
  • in the case of protection of the minor(s) listed above, authorizes the minor(s) to descend on the LAGO MAGGIORE ZIPLINE lift, under the conditions contained in the regulation
  • exempts the company Le Terre Alte s.r.l. from any liability both in relation to accidents deriving from the performance of the activity carried out, and for damage caused to people and / or things, aware that any insurance against accidents must be borne by those who make the flight

STATEMENT OF SUITABILITY FOR THE USE OF THE ZIPLINE

Noting that

  • The Zipline cannot for any reason be undertaken by pregnant women, by people suffering from cardiovascular diseases, epilepsy, sufferers of asthma and other respiratory diseases. Also, people suffering from vertigo and/or having either physical or psychic disabilities that are incompatible with flight security
  • The descent is also forbidden to individuals that suffer from mental trouble and personality disorders, people that are impaired by taking alcohol or narcotics and as well individuals that are in the condition of creating danger to themselves, to others and to the Zipline's facilities

Declares

  • The undersigned (also on behalf of the minor in the case of guardianship) declares to be in good health both physically and mentallyl and not suffer from any of the conditions listed above, nor any other condition or illness of whichever nature that could create danger for ourselves, other people or the Zipline’s facilities during the run
